Inderjit Nikku is to Turn Actor With Eh Dil Da Mamla Upcoming Punjabi Movie

After attaining huge name in the field if singing,now Punjabi singer Inderjit Nikku is to turn actor.

Angad & Nice Heart Production announced their new venture with the public. The announcement of the film was done by the producer Angad, actress Veena Malik, Inderjit Nikku, Mangi Mahal and Rai Jujhar on Saturday(02.03.2013) in Chandigarh.

Very soon Nikku will be seen playing lead role in upcoming Punjabi movie “Eh Dil Da Mamla“. Pakistani actress Veena Malik will also be seen playing role in opposite of Inderjeet Nikku.

Talking about Inderjit’ s role in the movie, he said- his character and his friend has fallen in love with the same girl which takes the story ahead with many twists. Nikku is going to compose 5 out of 7 songs in the movie. Sunidhi Chauhan is also roped to sing some of the songs in the movie.

After playing role in Pind Kuri Di (2005) and doing an item song in Jatts in Golmaal, “Eh Dil Da Mamla” is the second Punjabi movie in which Veena Malik is to play a role. Sharing about the movie and her character in the film she said- The film is a ‘Rom-Com’ featuring Romance, Comedy, Drama and Action. Her character is of a Punjabi Girl who is confused among the two friends.

Director- Hardeep Matharu said that the film has a unique story that will take Punjabi Cinema to a different level.

The shooting of the movie will began on 8th of March 2013 and hopefully be released by the end of 2013.
