    魯森新風系統

    在環境惡化日益嚴重的今天,呼吸健康新鮮的空氣幾乎成為一種奢侈品,我們必須借助現代科技,利用新風系統改善室內空氣質量,從簡單的空氣凈化器到新風系統改變室內空氣質量,人們正在改變了對室內環境污染凈化治理的認識。目前,健康、舒適、環保、時尚等生活理念成了現代家居生活的新主張,人們不僅在裝修風格上十分注重美觀、時尚,而且對室內裝修材料的健康、環保、舒適等要求一個都不能少。那么如何做到真正意義上的健康環保呢?魯森中央新風系統出現,幫人類實現了真正意義上健康環保家居生活的夢想。健康環保的家居生活指的室內空氣質量達標,無污染,家居產品健康環保,才能實現真正意義上的健康環保,如果室內空氣不新鮮,在豪華的裝修也只是徒勞。這也足以體現室內空氣質量對家居生活的重要性,室內空氣新鮮是人體健康的保障,更是人類賴以生存的物質條件。

    魯森新風系統是由風機、進風口、排風口及各種管道和接頭組成。安裝在吊頂內的風機通過管道與一系列的排風口相連,風機啟動,使室內形成負壓,室內受污染的空氣經排風口及風機排往室外,室外新鮮空氣便經安裝在窗框上方(窗框與墻體之間)的進風口進入室內,從而使室內人員可呼吸到高品質的新鮮空氣。

一、原理:

    魯森新風系統是根據在密閉的室內一側用專用設備向室內送新風,再從另一側由專用設備向室外排出,在室內會形成“新風流動場”的原理,從而滿足室內新風換氣的需要。實施方案是:采用高壓頭、大流量小功率直流高速無刷電機帶動離心風機、依靠機械強力由一側向室內送風,由另一側用專門設計的排風新風機向室外排出的方式強迫在系統內形成新風流動場。在送風的同時對進入室內的空氣進新風過濾、滅毒、殺菌、增氧、預熱(冬天)。排風經過主機時與新風進行熱回收交換,回收大部分能量通過新風送回室內。借用大范圍形成潔凈空間的方案,保證進入室內的空氣是潔凈的。以此達到室內空氣凈化環境的目的。

二、優勢:

    1)不用開窗也能享受大自然的新鮮空氣;

    2)避免 “空調病”;

    3)避免室內家具、衣物發霉;

    4)清除室內裝飾后長期緩釋的有害氣體,利于人體健康;

    5)調節室內濕度,節省取暖費用;

    6)有效排除室內各種細菌、病毒;

    7)超靜音。

三、背景:

    在北歐斯堪的那維亞地區在講究質量和能源節約的國家里,中央新風系統(VMC)存在至今已有50年歷史了。70年代西班牙90%以上的新建住宅中裝用VMC系統。1989年美國ASHRAE制定了“室內空氣品質通風規范”。在德國,住宅通風系統已經與建筑物溶為一體,成為不可缺少的重要組成部分。2000年,歐盟統一了住宅通風標準。

    在中國,2002年1月1日室內空氣污染控制規范誕生。非典、禽流感、肺結核等疾病的發生,使全世界對室內空氣質量給予了高度的關注。

四、類型:

1單向流新風系統

    單向流系統是基于機械式通風系統三大原則的中央機械式排風與自然進風結合而形成的多元化通風系統,由風機、進風口、排風口及各種管道和接頭組成的。安裝在吊頂內的風機通過管道與一系列的排風口相連,風機啟動,室內混濁的空氣經安裝在室內的吸風口通過風機排出室外,在室內形成幾個有效的負壓區,室內空氣持續不斷的向負壓區流動并排出室外,室外新鮮空氣由安裝在窗框上方(窗框與墻體之間)的進風口不斷的向室內補充,從而使您一直呼吸到高品質的新鮮空氣。該新風系統的送風系統,但無須送風管道的連接,而排風管道一般安裝于過道、衛生間等通常有吊頂的地方,基本上不額外占用空間。

2、雙向流新風系統

    雙向流新風系統是基于機械式通風系統三大原則的中央機械式送、排風系統,并且是對單向流新風系統有效的補充。在雙向流系統的設計中排風主機與室內排風口的位置與單向流分布基本一致,不同的是雙向流系統中的新風是由新風主機送入。新風主機通過管道與室內的空氣分布器相連接,新風主機不斷的把室外新風通過管道送入室內,以滿足人們日常生活所需新鮮、有質量的空氣。排風口與新風口都帶有風量調節閥,通過主機的動力排與送來實現室內通風換氣。

3、全熱交換新風系統

    全熱交換新風系統是基于雙向流新風系統的基礎上改進的一種具有熱回收功能的送排風系統。它的工作原理和雙向流相同,不同的是送風和排風由一臺主機完成,而且主機內部加了一個熱交換模塊,可快速吸熱和放熱,保證了與空氣之間充分的熱交換。排出室外的空氣和送進室內的新風在這個全熱交換裝置里進行換熱,從而達到回收冷量、熱量的目的,節約了空調能源,在改善室內空氣品質的基礎上,盡量減少對室內溫度的影響。

4、地送風系統

    由于二氧化碳比空氣重,因此越接近地面含氧量越低,從節能方面來考慮,將新風系統安裝在地面會得到更好的通風效果。從地板或墻底部送風口或上送風口所送冷風在地板表面上擴散開來,形成有組織的氣流組織;并且在熱源周圍形成浮力尾流帶走熱量。由于風速較低,氣流組織紊動平緩,沒有大的渦流,因而室內工作區空氣溫度在水平方向上比較一致,而在垂直方向上分層,層高越大,這種現象越明顯。由熱源產生向上的尾流不僅可以帶走熱負荷,也將污濁的空氣從工作區帶到室內上方,由設在頂部的排風口排出。底部風口送出的新風,余熱及污染物在浮力及氣流組織的驅動力作用下向上運動,所以地送風新風系統能在室內工作區提供良好的空氣品質。

    地送風雖然有一定的優點,但也有其一定的適用條件。一般適用于污染源與發熱源相關的場所,且層高不低于2.5m,此時污濁空氣才易于被浮力尾流帶走;對房間的設計冷負荷也有一個上限,目前的研究表明,如果有足夠的空間來大型送風散流裝置的話,房間冷負荷可達120w/㎡,房間冷負荷過大,置換通風的動力能耗將顯著加大,經濟性下降;另外地送風裝置占地、占空間的矛盾也更為突出。

    由此可見,根據新風系統安裝環境的不同,選用的新風系統也會有些差異,只有選擇適合自家的新風系統,才能達到最好的交換空氣效果。

五、應用:

    新風系統應用范圍:凡是有人長時間在其中活動、并且房間通風不暢的,有必要使用新風系統。

 

    歸結起來,戶式新風系統(采用負壓通風方式)適合用在換氣次數較少的公寓、別墅、嬰兒房等小空間場所;對于人群密集、活動較多、換氣次數較多的KTV、網吧等娛樂場所;機房、賓館、商場、工廠、寫字樓、餐館、銀行、教室、幼兒園、醫院病房等場所,最好使用新風機組,因為換氣次數多,能量損失多,需要使用熱回收新風系統。

六、安裝流程:

    1、先將主機電源線從開關盒中接出;電源線無特殊要求時采用1.5mm^2銅芯線。

    2、用絲桿將主機吊裝至指定位置,要求正,平,穩。

    3、與空調、水電管道以及其他設施的工作人員溝通,再次確定現場管路暢通與否,風口位置是否對其他設施造成影響,對圖紙進行微調。

    4、安裝管路系統,硬管每隔150cm設置一根吊卡,管路要求橫平豎直,每個接頭處抹PVC膠水。管路中有軟管的區域,每隔70cm設置一根吊卡,吊卡螺栓采用全牙螺栓。

    5、下置式風口接管與吊頂齊平,側處式風口與墻面齊平,安裝完成后不用再切割管口,最后直接安裝風口。

    6、管路與主機的連接;工程選用的管路與主機進排風口之間的連接選用變徑或漏斗式大小頭,接縫處用錫箔布粘膠帶固定,要求:膠帶粘貼平整,不能皺起,接縫要粘貼緊密,不能漏風,錫箔結合處需用扎帶固定。

    7、主機與排風口之間根據圖紙標注看是否加斜三通,為換氣扇留排風口。

    8、主機與管路系統安裝完畢后,與該工地電工聯系,將拉線要求及開關安裝位置確定,電話跟蹤。

    9、主機及管路安裝完后與該工地木工溝通,提出安裝檢修口的數據,位置并電話跟蹤。

    10、如有窗禁安裝,同樣在主機及管路安裝完后于相關人員溝通提出要求并電話跟蹤。

    11、工程主體裝修完成后,前往安裝風口并對主機工作情況進行檢查。

七、分類:

    按通風動力分類:自然通風 、機械通風;

    按照通風服務范圍: 全面通風 、局部通風;

    按氣流方向分類:送(進)、排風(煙);

    按通風目的分類: 一般換氣通風、熱風供暖、排毒與除塵、事故通風、防護式通風、建筑防排煙等;

    按動力所處的位置分類:動力集中式和動力分布式。

八、功能:

    第一,用室外的新鮮空氣更新室內由于居住及生活過程而污染了的空氣,以保持室內空氣的潔凈度達到某一最低標準的水平。

    第二種功能是增加體內散熱及防止由皮膚潮濕引起的不舒適,此類通風可稱為熱舒適通風。

    第三種功能是當室內氣溫高于室外的氣溫時,使建筑構件降溫,此類通風名為建筑的降溫通風。
